Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order ships to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in brand new, uninstalled, and unmodified condition and be in the original undamaged product packaging (if applicable).
To start a return request, email sales@425motorsports.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include the following information in the email:
- The original order number and/or purchase order number
- Which items and quantities you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We'll respond via email at our earliest opportunity during business hours. If your return request is approved you'll receive an email with return instructions. After the product is returned, we'll issue your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want in a timely manner is to do a return and a new purchase. Simply follow the above instructions to request your return. Once the return request is accepted and you receive return instructions, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
